Oven Champer : Oven Roof and panels constructed against Heat & corrosion. Resistance steel sheets are packed with high thermic insulation Material. Oven Chamber is heated by forced re-circulation of hot air in a closed circuit by high velocity fans with air guidance. High efficiency Gas or Diesel burner system equipped with modulating burner control and exhaust Dampers. The doors are operated smoothly by AC gear motors.

الفرن : وهو عبارة عن غرفة من صفائح معدنية مخصصة لتحمل درجات حرارة عالية جدا ويختلف حجم الفرن حسب حجم المنتج ويتم التحكم بدرجات الحرارة بواسطة كمبيوتر تحكم ويتم المحافظة على مستوي الحرارة وذلك لأن ابواب الفرن معزولة عزل تام بواسطة مواد عزل مخصصة لذلك. يتم تسخين الفرن اما من الغاز الطبيعي او الوقود الخفيف و تنتقل الحرارة لجميع انحاء الفرن بواسطة تربونات حرارية تعمل بواسطة نظام الضغط و الشفط ويتم التحكم بأبوابه أليا

Heavy duty arm and head bearings with easily accessed lubrication points. Direct drive Arms Rotation with hardened gears for constant smooth arms and plates rotation.

الوحدة المركزية: في خط الأنتاج التى تعتبر من أهم الأجزاء في الخط تحتوي على قاعدة من الحديد الصلب ذو الجودة و الكفاءة العالية و تتكون هذه الوحدة من عدة اذرع عادةً و هي تحتوي علي بيل و ماتورات و مخفضات سرعة من اجود الماركات العالمية.

Panel : Control panel is a free standing control system with remote control unit for operator. A/C frequency drivers for all arms rotation. Control panel is equipped with (PLC).

لوحة التحكم: تابعة لخط الأنتاج مكونة من لوحة رئيسية تحوي جميع الأجهزة و المعدات الازمة تعمل بواسطة تحكم كامل عن طريق الحاسوب, وأيضاً لوحات صغيرة متنقلة تحوي وحدات التحكم في خط الأنتاج.

Cooling Chamber : Manufactured from Corrosion Resistant galvanized steel panels with structural steel Frame for strength . Doors are operated smoothly by AC gear motors. Fog spray heads mounted on the roof with large capacity cooling fans .

غرفة التبريد : مكونة من صفائح معدنية غير قابله للصدأ من حيث الجدران والأرضية والسقف و الأبواب, تركب وحدات منفصلة حيث يتم استبدالها عند التلف , غرفة التبريد مزودة بتربونات هواء باردة (ضغط و شفط) بالأضافة ألى بخاخات مياه تعمل بطريقة حقن الماء وتحويله ألي رذاذ لكي تكون عملية التبريد بدون مياه مرتجعة , بالتبخير فقط.
